Three years between vocational school and real customer projects
An apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration typically takes three years and combines vocational school theory with hands-on work at the company. At WSV, that means being part of customer projects from day one – analyzing requirements, configuring hardware and software, integrating new systems into existing environments, and helping troubleshoot issues, supported by an experienced team.
Rather than staying in a single department, our apprentices get insight into different teams and areas of the company – from server and network technology to IT security to customer consulting. Over the three years, that builds a broad picture of what an IT systems house actually does day to day.
Responsibility from day one
At WSV, apprentices are held to the same standard as the rest of the team: responsibility isn't handed over only after the apprenticeship, but trusted from the start. Those who get involved help shape things actively – and those who do well have a good shot at being taken on permanently by a growing company.
