In your apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration, you'll learn from day one how modern IT infrastructure is planned, built, and maintained for our business customers: you'll analyze customer requirements, configure hardware and software, integrate new systems into existing environments, and help troubleshoot issues – supported by an experienced team that trusts you with responsibility right from the start. This combines hands-on work in real customer projects with the theoretical knowledge from vocational school, laying the foundation for your IT career.
Your tasks
- Analysis of customer requirements in the field of IT infrastructure
- Planning and design of IT systems and networks
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components
- Integration of new systems into existing IT infrastructures
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting in IT systems
- Carrying out updates, patches and security measures
- Documentation of system configurations and processes
- Advising customers on IT infrastructure and security matters
- Collaboration with other specialist departments and external service providers
What you bring
- Completed (technical) A-levels or a good secondary school leaving certificate
- Good written and spoken German language skills
