Can existing phone numbers be transferred to the new phone system?

Yes. We plan and handle the number porting to the new provider. We need your existing contract and number information; delays caused by the previous provider are outside our control.

What does a business need for a cloud phone system?

Cloud telephony and VoIP require a sufficient internet connection. We review the existing phone setup and numbers, plan the transition date, and configure the agreed call groups, announcements and availability rules.

How much bandwidth does cloud telephony need per call?

For NFON audio calls, plan for around 100 kbit/s per simultaneous call in each direction. Network quality, latency, packet loss and other traffic also matter. We check the connection before migration. Learn about our cloud phone system.
