IT outsourcing for your business
Outsource all of your IT support or clearly defined parts. We take on agreed tasks and document responsibilities.
Your IT is managed in full, or in defined areas, by a single team – you get one fixed point of contact instead of multiple fronts, and can focus on your core business.

With IT outsourcing, you hand over all of your IT support or clearly defined parts to WSV. This suits businesses without their own IT department and businesses looking to relieve their existing IT team. We support businesses with one employee or more, across industries and with no fixed upper size limit. Our page on external IT support shows what it covers day to day and how getting started works.
Which tasks we take on
Depending on the agreement, we provide administration and operations, user support and helpdesk services, as well as procurement and licence management. We document the supported systems and responsibilities. You have a dedicated contact for the agreed IT matters.
If you primarily need individual operational components such as monitoring and patch management, see Managed Services. An IT flat rate can bundle agreed ongoing tasks at a monthly price.
How the handover begins
First, we clarify which tasks you want to outsource. We then assess existing systems, access and contracts and create a handover plan with responsibilities and a timeframe. We take on the agreed tasks in a structured way and document the environment. The later handover or end of support is also agreed.
Existing support arrangements are considered in the process. Our page on Switching IT providers explains how to prepare.
Which decisions remain with you
You name a contact, provide the required access and existing documentation, and approve investment and procurement decisions. Strategic business decisions remain with your management.
Agree the scope and costs
Hardware, licences, custom development and work outside the contract scope are quoted or billed separately. We agree the scope, support hours and terms to suit your environment.
For customers with a support contract, we generally respond to faults within eight hours. Only time within the agreed working or on-call hours counts. Your contract takes precedence. The response time is not a promise that the fault will be fully resolved within that period.
What you can bring to the initial conversation
The approximate number of workstations and locations, important applications, current support and the tasks you want to hand over are helpful. You do not need a complete technical inventory for your first enquiry.
