IT Flat Rate

Modern IT systems are becoming ever more powerful and convenient – but unfortunately also more maintenance-intensive. As a business owner, you wince at every error message because you know a technician now has to come out, and that costs money. This leads to uncertainty and a lack of transparency, because you never know how high your IT costs will be next month. How much better would it be if your IT service provider were paid for making sure everything WORKS – rather than only when something does NOT work?

IT service at a fixed monthly price

With the IT flat rate, WSV provides ongoing maintenance and support at a fixed monthly price within the agreed scope. If these services require more technician time in a particular month, the agreed fixed price remains unchanged. We agree on the covered systems, support hours, and response times together.

What is billed separately

• Projects are not included in the IT flat rate and are quoted and billed separately.
• Setting up new devices incurs a small additional flat fee. The amount is specified in the quote.
• Travel to your premises is always billed separately when required.

Regular provision of replacement devices can be added to the monthly price by separate agreement. Setting up new devices still incurs the agreed separate flat fee, and any required travel is charged in addition.
