Apprenticeship as IT System Management Business Specialist (m/f/d)
Combine IT and business – your apprenticeship at the interface of technology and sales.
In your apprenticeship as an IT System Management Business Specialist, you'll get to know the interface between technology and business: you advise business customers on the right IT solutions, help design them like an IT architect, and are involved in the commercial side of our IT projects – from technical procurement to order preparation and delivery. You'll work with almost every department in our company, gaining a broad view of a growing IT service provider.
Your tasks
- You actively advise business customers to find the IT solutions that fit them best
- Like an IT architect, you design the individual IT solutions that move our business customers forward
- You are involved in all commercial, cross-location processes of our IT projects, i.e. purchasing, warehousing, order preparation, delivery, accounting etc.
- You will work with almost all departments of our company
- You support technical procurement and the sale of IT solutions, e.g. finding the right devices from suppliers and ordering them
- Planning and procurement of IT products as well as analysing customer-specific requirements
What you bring
- Completed (technical) A-levels or a good secondary school leaving certificate
- Good written and spoken German language skills
- Communication talent: a friendly and polite manner comes naturally to you
- Careful working and team spirit
- Independence as well as willingness to learn and perform
