A network with continuous health monitoring

With our Managed Network service, we supply network solutions whose health is checked continuously by monitoring software. We assess alerts and schedule necessary security updates. If a device fails, we coordinate replacement with a suitable device within the agreed service scope; timing and approach depend on the fault and contract terms.

The minimum contract term for all packages is 36 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and VAT, as well as a one-time setup fee billed according to time spent at our standard service rates.

Premium switches add performance management and security features, including bandwidth management. Features of other components depend on the selected device and offer.
