Nowadays, it is common for employees to use smartphones and tablets in their everyday work. Not only company-owned devices are used, but also your employees' private devices. This creates "shadow IT" – systems that can access your company data but otherwise escape your control. On the one hand, this could allow unauthorized individuals, such as former employees, to access confidential data. On the other hand, it creates an entry point for viruses and malicious software, because you cannot ensure that these mobile devices are adequately protected.

With Mobile Device Management (MDM) from your IT service provider, you manage access to company data on enrolled mobile devices. Depending on the device and enrolment type, you can restrict access, approve apps or remove company data after a loss or an employee's departure. Our technical specialists support setup and ongoing device management.

Our fair pricing model

As your IT service provider, we install and operate a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for you in accordance with the service description listed here, at a fixed monthly price:

Up to 10 mobile devices – €99.00/month

Up to 25 mobile devices – €299.00/month

Up to 50 mobile devices – €399.00/month

Up to 75 mobile devices – €569.00/month

Up to 100 mobile devices – €699.00/month

The licenses required depend on the chosen MDM solution and existing plans. We agree how managed devices are billed in the offer.

The minimum contract term for all packages is 36 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and VAT, as well as a one-time setup fee billed according to time spent at our standard service rates.

Frequently asked questions

What happens with my employees' private devices (BYOD)?

For personal devices, we configure management so that company data and personal content are handled separately within the agreed scope. What administrators can see and do depends on the device, enrolment type and policies.

What happens to the company data on a smartphone when an employee leaves?

Depending on enrolment type and policies, company data can be selectively removed when an employee leaves or a device is lost. We clarify which data may be affected for company and personal devices before setup.

Do we need additional licenses for this?

The Microsoft 365 or MDM licenses required depend on the selected solution and existing plans. We discuss billing for managed devices in the offer.

How are new mobile devices actually enrolled in the MDM?

New devices are enrolled into the company network in a simplified way via push notifications. If they don't meet your security requirements, the system automatically rejects them.
