A structured rollout instead of sprawl
We set up your Microsoft 365 tenant in a structured way: user, group, and license management following a comprehensible concept, Exchange Online for email, Teams for collaboration, SharePoint and OneDrive with a sharing structure that fits your company. We migrate existing emails and files from your previous environment in a planned way – whether an on-premises Exchange, a file server, or another cloud provider.
Security from day one
Multi-factor authentication, sensible sign-in and sharing policies, and a clean permission structure are part of our rollout – not something for "later". Your team gets the benefits of the cloud without mailboxes or documents being needlessly exposed.
Your project: process and prerequisites
In the initial conversation, we clarify source systems, users, data volumes and important workflows. We then agree setup, migration and the timing of the switch. The project scope specifies which emails, files and applications are transferred. Effort and possible interruptions depend on your existing environment.
To prepare, we clarify the required access, domain management, existing licences and contacts for approvals. Credentials and confidential files do not belong in the public enquiry form.
At the end, we hand over the documented environment for you to run yourself or take on the subsequently agreed management. The handover package and responsibilities are specified in the quote.
Ongoing management instead of blind spots
After the rollout, we don't leave you on your own: on request, we take over the ongoing management of your Microsoft 365 environment – from user on- and offboarding to license adjustments and changes to Teams and sharing structures. You can also obtain the Microsoft licenses directly from us – but we work just as well with licenses from other sources. Our focus is structure, security, and relief.
