Manually sorting out unwanted emails regularly costs employees time and increases the risk of overlooking important messages. Spam emails also often contain viruses that put your valuable data at risk. In addition, so-called phishing emails steal sensitive data and passwords by disguising themselves as official messages from well-known senders such as your bank or parcel services.

Data protection is of course ensured at all times, so your emails cannot be read by third parties. As a result, over 99% of annoying spam emails are rejected before they even reach your inbox and steal your productive working time.

1–9 mailboxes incl. premium anti-spam filter

Email Package M – €4.00/month each

10–24 mailboxes incl. premium anti-spam filter

Email Package L – €3.50/month each

25–99 mailboxes incl. premium anti-spam filter

Email Package XL – €3.00/month each

100+ mailboxes incl. premium anti-spam filter

The minimum contract term for all packages is 12 months. Amounts are due annually in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and a one-time setup fee billed according to time spent at our standard service rates. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't Outlook's or Gmail's built-in spam filter enough?

Built-in filters reliably catch known, widely distributed spam patterns. Targeted phishing emails crafted specifically for your industry or even your company slip through much more often – that's exactly what our solution is built to catch as well.

Do important, legitimate emails get lost in the process?

Practically never – the filters work in multiple stages instead of rigid blacklists and continuously learn, keeping the error rate for legitimate emails very low. You can also adjust filter rules yourself if needed.

What about email attachments?

Attachments are additionally checked for malware before the email even reaches your inbox – virus-laden emails are caught right at the door.
