Monitoring and patch management for your servers
Our monitoring and patch management helps detect problems early: software installed on the agreed servers tracks system health and reports detected anomalies or failures. We review alerts and take appropriate action within the agreed service scope. Not every failure can be prevented.
Patch management also enables regular security updates. We aim to schedule them outside your working hours and agree necessary maintenance windows and restarts with you. A central overview helps identify pending updates.
Our fair pricing model
Our tip: choose the same solution for all servers in your company to maintain a consistent level of security. Standard includes everything in Basic and additionally extends patch management:

The minimum contract term for all packages is 12 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and a one-time setup fee billed according to time spent at our service hourly rates. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
